Horizontal shell and tube exchanger is a highly adaptable heat transfer device used to realize heat exchange between cold and hot media, including heating, cooling, condensing and waste heat recovery.

The equipment adopts horizontal installation structure, composed of shell, tube bundle, tube sheet, baffles and channel boxes. Media flow separately through the tube side and shell side to complete stable heat transfer
Structural Design & Material Selection
Stable Structure:
Equipped with saddle support for uniform stress and stable installation, reducing on-site civil construction workload and construction cost. Internal baffles optimize fluid flow, enhance turbulence and improve heat transfer efficiency within a reasonable pressure drop range.
Diversified Structural Options:
Support 1-8 tube passes, including fixed tube sheet, floating head and U-tube types. Floating head and U-tube structures allow integral tube bundle pulling out, convenient for internal scaling cleaning, inspection and daily maintenance, greatly reducing later operation costs.
Customizable Materials:
Shell materials include carbon steel and stainless steel. Heat exchange tube materials include carbon steel, SS304, SS316L, copper alloy and titanium, adapting to ordinary, weak corrosion and strong corrosion media.
