Plate Heat Exchanger Sealing Strip, also commonly referred to as plate heat exchanger gasket in the industry, is the core sealing component for removable plate heat exchangers. It is fitted into the sealing groove of heat transfer plates. Aged or damaged Plate Heat Exchanger Sealing Strip is a common cause of fluid leakage, cross-contamination and equipment shutdown of heat exchangers.
Manufactured directly from our factory, this product separates heat transfer media and seals gaps between plates to stabilize internal flow channels and maintain heat transfer efficiency. It works for both new unit assembly and replacement during maintenance, compatible with most mainstream plate heat exchanger plate models.

NBR:
Good oil resistance with moderate cost. Suitable for oil and normal clean water, widely used in HVAC and general industrial heat exchange systems.

Manufacturing Process & Structural Features
The Plate Heat Exchanger Sealing Strip is made by integrated vulcanization. The rubber body is dense with no surface bubbles, and its dimension precisely matches plate grooves.
Two main installation types are available:
- Clip-on type: Simple assembly and disassembly, saves time during maintenance replacement.
- Glue-on type: Stable bonding performance, fits some old-style plate structures.
Integrated vulcanization delivers stable resilience. The strip will not easily harden or crack under long-term heat and pressure, lowering leakage risk and reducing downtime for maintenance.
