Product Precautions
Medium Matching
Provide accurate information on medium composition and working parameters before equipment selection, so as to prevent corrosion or damage caused by material incompatibility.
Avoid Impact
Sudden start-up, shutdown or rapid switching of operating conditions is prohibited. Water hammer or thermal shock may cause irreversible damage to the spiral flow channels.
Anti-freeze Protection
In cold regions, drain all residual water from the Industrial Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger or add antifreeze when the unit is out of service to prevent cracking and ensure normal operation for subsequent use.
