What should be paid attention to when installing a Tubular Heat Exchanger

When installing a Tubular Heat Exchanger, first check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact and confirm that there is no damage during transportation. Check the technical parameters to ensure that the model and size are consistent with the design requirements.
The installation position should be stable, and the foundation must be firm to withstand the weight of the heat exchanger and the vibration during operation. Keep it horizontal to avoid tilting and uneven force on the internal tube bundle.
When connecting the pipeline, do not tighten the bolts completely first, and then tighten them gradually after all pipelines are aligned to prevent stress concentration. Supports should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines to reduce the tension on the heat exchanger body.
Before installation, the pipeline system should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent welding slag and debris from entering the Tubular Heat Exchanger. The pressure test should be carried out in sections, and the shell and tube sides should be tested separately first to ensure that there is no leakage before testing the whole.
Reserve enough inspection space for later maintenance and cleaning. The surrounding environment should be well ventilated to avoid high temperature or corrosive gases affecting the life of the equipment.
Finally, check whether the installation position of all instruments and safety devices is correct to ensure that parameters such as pressure and temperature can be monitored normally during operation.
